Refund & Scheduling Policy
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC
Effective Date: 6/23/2026
All coaching purchases made through Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC are final.
Due to the time, preparation, scheduling, and limited availability involved in these services, no refunds will be issued once services have begun. Services are considered to have begun once payment is received and any onboarding, scheduling, coaching session, support access, digital materials, or program-related communication has been provided.
Clients are required to complete the originally selected coaching tier before enrolling in a different tier.
Tier upgrades are not permitted during an active coaching container or service period. Once the originally purchased tier has been completed, clients may enroll in a higher-tier service at the current full listed price.
Previous payments made toward a lower-tier service will not be applied, transferred, or credited toward future tier enrollments or upgrades.
Session Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled coaching sessions.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are forfeited without credit or refund.
Missed sessions, no-shows, or late arrivals do not qualify for refunds, credits, or additional makeup sessions.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions in order to maintain scheduling commitments for other clients.
Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the agreed coaching period unless otherwise stated in writing.
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Plan Commitments
If a client selects a payment plan, the client enters into a fixed coaching commitment and remains financially responsible for the full agreed-upon amount of the selected coaching tier. The payment plan is provided as a convenience and is not a month-to-month or cancel-anytime arrangement. All scheduled payments remain due regardless of participation level, scheduling consistency, personal circumstances, or early withdrawal. Failed, declined, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current, and continued nonpayment may result in collection of the remaining balance.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith after services, scheduling access, or coaching support have been provided may constitute a breach of the Client Coaching Agreement, and the client may be responsible for chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs.
California Buyer’s Right to Cancel
If the purchase qualifies as a California home solicitation contract or other covered transaction under applicable law, the client may have a statutory right to cancel without penalty by midnight of the third business day after signing the Client Coaching Agreement, or for any longer period required by law. To cancel, the client must send written notice stating the intent to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. Written notice may be sent by email to dannythompson@soulwisdomcoaching.com or by mail or delivery to Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC, 2108 N ST Suite 8253, Sacramento, CA 95816. If timely cancellation is required by law, Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC will refund payments made within ten (10) days after cancellation, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. This statutory cancellation right does not apply where the transaction is not covered by applicable law. After any applicable cancellation period expires, the no-refund terms in this Policy govern.
California Auto-Charge Disclosure (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.)
If you elect a payment plan, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring schedule disclosed at checkout. The total commitment amount, the number of payments, and the dates of those payments will be clearly displayed before purchase and again in a confirmation email. To stop future recurring charges, contact dannythompson@soulwisdomcoaching.com. Cancellation of future charges does not by itself terminate the underlying coaching commitment or relieve the client of the obligation to pay the agreed-upon balance, except as expressly required by law or as provided in the Client Coaching Agreement.
By purchasing or participating in coaching services through Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Scheduling Policy.
