YOUR MIND SHOULDN'T GET TO TAKE THIS MUCH OF YOUR LIFE

Repeated conversations. Painful memories. Imagined futures. The mind can keep pulling your attention away from the life happening in front of you — even when nothing is required of you in that moment. Soul Wisdom Coaching helps you recognize that pull as it happens, change your relationship with what the mind produces, and recover more of your attention, time, and peace.

Private, one-to-one online coaching. Your first conversation is free and carries no obligation.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU

RIGHT FOR YOU

A strong fit may recognize themselves here.

THIS WORK MAY BE A FIT IF

  • You have gained insight but still find yourself caught in the same internal patterns

  • You are willing to observe your experience directly rather than only analyze it

  • You want a focused coaching relationship and are prepared to participate consistently for three months

THIS WORK MAY NOT BE A FIT IF

  • You are seeking psychotherapy, diagnosis, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis support

  • You want a method that promises to eliminate thoughts or guarantee inner peace

  • You are primarily seeking productivity systems, optimization strategies, or motivational accountability

  • You are not prepared to participate consistently or take responsibility for your own choices and actions

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU

You’re not becoming someone else.

You’re just not getting dragged around by your own mind as much.

The conversation ends, and you’re not still replaying it three hours later.

Someone’s disappointed in you, and you don’t immediately go to “I’ve ruined this” or “I’m the problem.”

You mess up, and it’s just a mistake — not proof of who you are.

An old memory surfaces, and you feel it, but you’re not back inside it.

You lie down at night, and your mind isn’t dragging you through yesterday or shoving you into tomorrow.

You’re sitting with someone you love, and you’re actually there. Not performing being there.

You catch a thought before it turns into your whole evening.

You recognize the old story — not good enough, always screwing up, too much, not enough — and for once you don’t have to believe it just because it showed up.

You stop hauling every bad feeling into the next hour like luggage.

And little by little, something opens up.

There’s more space between what happens to you and how you respond to it.

More say over what actually gets your attention.

Less time spent re-arguing the past, rehearsing the future, defending yourself, or being who everyone else needs.

More time just being where you actually are.

Life doesn’t stop being difficult.

Stress is still stress.

Loss still hurts.

Difficult people are still difficult.

Hard thoughts still show up.

What changes is how much of you they get to take with them when they go.

You get your attention back.

And all those hours that used to disappear into worry, replaying, and overthinking — you begin getting those back too.

You start trusting yourself again.

And underneath everything you’ve been carrying, you begin to discover that the person you actually are never left.

You just couldn’t hear them over the noise.

You don’t leave your life behind.

You come back to it.

THE THREE-MONTH COACHING PROCESS

Over twelve weeks, we move through three stages: first recognizing the patterns that keep pulling your attention away, then learning to work with them as they happen, and finally stabilizing what you’ve learned so it becomes something you can actually live.

STAGE ONE - RECOGNITION

You begin by noticing the patterns that pull you out of the present — automatic thoughts, imagined futures, and conversations that continue long after they’re over. The goal is not to stop thinking. It is to recognize what is happening before it takes over.

STAGE TWO - REAL-TIME APPLICATION

Now you practice catching these patterns while they are actually happening. You learn to notice when attention has been pulled into a thought, a memory, or an imagined future — and how to return to what is happening here without fighting your own mind.

STAGE THREE - STABILIZTION

In the final stage, the work becomes less about catching individual patterns and more about making the new relationship with attention increasingly natural. You strengthen what is working, identify where you still get pulled off course, and build a way of relating to thought that you can carry forward after coaching ends.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

I offer a calm, direct, and compassionate coaching relationship where you can look honestly at what is happening without judgment or pressure to become someone else.

Rather than giving you another system to follow, I help you recognize the patterns pulling you away from the present and practice responding differently as they happen.

This work is personal, practical, and shaped around your experience.
