1. Coaching Services
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC provides educational, reflective, and coaching-based services intended to support personal awareness, self-observation, and personal growth.
Coaching services are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, or a substitute for licensed healthcare, psychiatric, or medical services.
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health or medical conditions and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. No Guarantees
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, psychological, financial, relational, or professional outcomes from participation in coaching services.
Individual results vary based on factors outside the control of Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC, including each client’s level of participation, personal circumstances, decisions, and actions.
4. Payments
All prices are listed
in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required prior to the start of coaching services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, services, availability, or program structure at any time without prior notice.
5. Refund & Scheduling Policy
Use of coaching services is also governed by the separate Refund & Scheduling Policy available on this website.
By purchasing services through Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Refund & Scheduling Policy.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative and self-directed process.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, emotional responses, relationships, health, and outcomes during and after participation in coaching services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, exercises, graphics, branding, videos, written materials, and coaching content provided through Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC are the intellectual property of Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
8. Website Use

Participation in coaching services is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own discretion and risk.

Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.
11. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by the Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC at the email address listed below and engaging in good-faith discussion for at least thirty (30) days.
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in Sacramento, California. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative action.
Public Injunctive Relief Carve-Out. Notwithstanding the foregoing, claims for public injunctive relief under California’s Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq.), False Advertising Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17500 et seq.), or Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.) may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction and are not subject to arbitration or to the class action waiver above. If a court determines this carve-out is unenforceable as to any claim, that claim shall proceed in court and the remainder of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect.
Arbitration Fees. The parties acknowledge California Code of Civil Procedure sections 1281.97 and 1281.98 and agree that all required arbitration fees shall be paid timely as required by those statutes and the rules of the arbitral forum.
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the email address below within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC and its members, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. A failure by Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Force Majeure. Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, illness, natural disaster, internet or utility outages, labor disruptions, or government action.
Electronic Acceptance. By accessing this website, clicking “I agree,” checking an acknowledgment box, or completing a purchase, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Electronic signatures and acceptances have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Refund & Scheduling Policy, the Client Coaching Agreement (where applicable), and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC regarding the website and services.
16. Changes to Terms
Soul Wisdom Coaching LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this website and updating the “Effective Date” above.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
